Replace what you can’t buy anymore.
Discontinued knobs, mounts, brackets, housings, jigs. Send a sketch, the broken original, or a photo with measurements — we’ll model it, print it, and keep the file for the next time it breaks.
The part that no longer exists
Every workshop, boat, and kitchen has one: the plastic part that failed, took the whole machine out of service, and turns out to be discontinued — or only sold as part of a €300 assembly. Reverse-engineering that part is a regular request here, not an exotic one.
Send us either the broken original or a photo with key measurements — calipers help — and we’ll model a replacement and print it. No 3D file needed. A written description with dimensions is enough to start.
Built for where it lives
A replacement is only as good as its material. Parts destined for sun, salt, and spray print in UV-stable ASA or PETG — marine and outdoor grade is a standing specialty here. Heat around engines or electronics calls for ABS/ASA; gaskets and grips run in flexible TPU; and structural, load-bearing replacements print in carbon-fibre nylon (PA-CF).
Functional fit matters as much as material: we design for real clearances, threads, and inserts so the part goes on and stays on — not a decorative approximation of the original.
One-offs and spare runs
Once the part is modelled, it’s modelled forever. Order one now and five spares later — the file is on record and reprints skip the CAD stage entirely, so you only pay machine time. For parts that fail on schedule, a small spare run in the drawer is cheaper than the downtime.

Do I need a 3D file?
No. The broken original, a photo with key measurements, or even a written description is enough — we handle the CAD modelling. Standard CAD pricing applies: the first 30 minutes are free, then a €50 minimum and €100 per hour, always quoted upfront.
Will the printed part be as strong as the original?
It depends on the part — and we’ll tell you honestly before printing. With the right material and print orientation, many functional replacements outperform decades-old, UV-embrittled plastic. For load-bearing parts we recommend PA-CF; for outdoor parts, UV-stable ASA or PETG.
What does a typical replacement cost?
Print time is billed at €10 per machine hour with material and VAT included — a small part typically runs 2–6 hours. CAD modelling is quoted upfront, so you know the full cost before we start.
